The Contractor's price must include all costs associated with furnishing and performing all work required under the contract in a complete and acceptable manner. The government intends to award a single Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with firm-fixed-price type delivery orders for this requirement. A solicitation will follow and posted to this notice. After release, one may download a copy of the solicitation posted to this pre-solicitation notice.
