The USDA AMS Cotton and Tobacco (C&T) intends to solicit proposals for a 10 year IDIQ contract for the procurement of Cotton Testing Instruments (CTIs). CTI is interchangable with High Volume Instruments (HVI). The Resulting Contract must include a full commercial 1 year warranty and provide for all service maintenance. This is a pre-solicitation notice and not the full Request for Proposal (RFP). USDA AMS anticipates that the full RFP solicitation will be posted to SAM.gov on or before December 31, 2024. USDA will not accept any proposals submitted prior to the full RFP soliciation being posted. This notice serves to satify the requirement at FAR Part 5.203(a).
