CTI is interchangable with High Volume Instrumen... The USDA AMS Cotton and Tobacco (C&T) intends to solicit proposals for a 10 year IDIQ contract for the procurement of Cotton Testing Instruments (CTI). CTI is interchangable with High Volume Instrument (HVI). The resulting contract shall include a full commercial warrant and provide for all service maintenance. USDA is including the current draft version of the statement of work (SOW) for review, comment, and questions. Please ensure that all comments/questions are sent to the contracting specialist (jeremy.pouliot@usda.gov) before 2pm CT Oct 25th. USDA may not respond to your comments/questions via email but will use any questions/comments to ensure that the SOW is clear and addresses any issues raised. This is a Pre-Solicitation notice and not the full Request for Proposal (RFP). USDA AMS anticipates that the full RFP solicitation will be posted to SAM.gov on or before Nov 1, 2023. USDA AMS will not accept any proposals submitted prior to the full RFP solicitation being posted.
