The NVSL ASF/CSF response program stockpiles PCR reagents for ASF and CSF diagnostic and surveillance testing. This stockpile requires specific reagents that have been approved by the Foreign Animal Disease Diagnostic Laboratory (FADDL) for diagnosis of the diseases in swine. The above reagents are part of the approved reagents required for the testing and acts as part of the 100k reaction stockpile. The stockpile services all other laboratories which have been approved for ASFV/CSFV surveillance testing including the Dominican Republic laboratory, the Puerto Rico laboratory and the Wildlife Services laboratory in Fort Collins. • Only the above reagents are approved for diagnostic testing
