This request for quotes is to demolish and remove the existing structure in totality including the concrete pad, excavating water and sanitary sewer lines, cutting and capping the water and sewer lines if the lines are found to be active or were not abandoned at the cap locations, removing and disposing of the abandoned water and sewer lines, repairing grounds to match existing surrounding grassy areas, and removing all debris.
