I have also extended the solicitation to Monday July 8 at 1pm eastern. Interested contractors wishing to respond to this solicitation RFQ must prepare a Performance Work Statement (PWS) and provide their quote for performing the work described in the PWS to meet the objectives laid out in the SOO.
