This is a combined synopsis/solicitation Request for Quote (RFQ) for the hauling of cotton samples from various cotton gins to USDA Classifying facilities located throughout the US. This is solicitation is for a total of 18 routes and is part 2 of a 2 part solicitation and award. Solicitation and Award details for Part 1 have been posted to SAM.gov. Please see full solicitation package as well as all attachments and supporting photos for the full details of this requirement. If you are submitting a quotation package in resopnse to this solicitation RFQ, please ensure that you read the entire solicitation in it's entirety and include all required information to be considered for award. The "notes to quoters" page is meant to assist you in putting your quotation package together. USDA will answer questions related to this solicitation that are not answered/covered in the solicitation package. Questions must be submitted prior to 8am June 24th to be ensure they can be answered.
