This proposal is for the procurement of audit services from an ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB)-accredited auditor necessary for Investigative and Enforcement Services (IES) to receive its International Organization for Standardization (ISO) certification. ISO certification is critical to ensure that IES’ Quality Management System complies with ISO’s 9001:2015 standard. The period of performance is expected to begin in or around July 2024, and continue until ISO 9001:2015 certification is no longer desired. The auditor would provide services throughout this period of time, at the request of IES, and would submit annual invoices to the IES Administrative Contact for Finance-Related Issues.
