The Contract Pricing Schedule specifies separate line items for three regions where grasshopper treatments may be needed in Montana. The intent of this acquisition is to award one or multiple firm-fixed-price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the three identified treatment regions.Please read through the solicitation package carefully for instructions on how to submit quote and for information on the requirement. THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. The USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine Services (PPQ), in Montana intends to procure services including all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals necessary for applying in multiple regions in Montana. The type of service is a full-service rangeland aerial spraying treatment using Diflubenzuron. A contractor upon award of a contract, will provide all required Diflubenzuron, clean crop oil, buffering agents and water to complete the application once a task order designed is issued. The GHMC General Statement of Work (Attachment 1) lists technical specifications, terms and conditions applicable to any contracts awarded for USDA APHIA rangeland Grasshopper and Mormon Cricket Suppression Program Aerial Application services. The Solicitation will be posted at a later time. Contractors are encourages to monitor contracting opportunities website for the solicitation posting.
