Quoted prices shall include all costs necessary to supply and deliver the product as described, FOB destination to Edinburg, Texas. 2. This solicitation is issued as unrestricted. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 311211, with a size standard of 1,000. 3. The Buy American-Free Trade Agreements-Israeli Trade Act applies. See 52.225-3, Buy American- Free Trade Agreements-Israeli Trade Act Certificate located at the end of this document. Vendors must disclose and include with their quote, the country of manufacture. 4. Evaluations will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 with award made based on Best Value. (See Provision 52.212-2 at the end of this document for factors). Quoter’s are responsible for ensuring completeness of quotations. The Government may evaluate solely on the information provided in the quotation. Quotations that include additional terms may be excluded from consideration. Alternate Pricing Schedules will not be considered.
