The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) is seeking to award a single firm fixed indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) price contract to provide professional occupational health medical services for agency personnel(s) who are exposed to potential hazards as part of their normal duties or as part of an emergency response. Services will be required on an as needed basis. Occupational health medical services include medical examinations, vaccinations, laboratory services, and other services. USDA APHIS is seeking to establish a streamlined medical surveillance and monitoring process that meets crucial timelines and that is accessible to agency employees stationed nationally, to include contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and Commonwealths, such as, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands. The Contractor shall provide professional occupational health medical services, records management system, scheduling system, as well as have the ability to provide mobile travel team on an as needed basis. Contractor is required to support the USDA employees nationally, to include contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and Commonwealths, such as, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands. Contractors must have the capability to provide acces to well equiped facilities nationally with qaulified board certified occupational medicine physicians, infectious disease specialist, case managers, medical records custondians, quality assurance manager. The contractor must also have an existing medical record system that adheres to APHIS records management, HIPPA, HITEC, and Privancy Act,
