Quotations will be evaluated in accordance with 52.212-2 Evaluation – Commercial Items. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Quotes will be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government may award to other than the lowest priced quote. Contractors are responsible for ensuring completeness of quotes. The Government may evaluate solely on the information provided in the initial quote. Quotes that fail to include the required information or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration. Alternate Pricing Schedules will not be considered.
