The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) operates a laboratory in a privately-owned building located at 10383 North Ambassador Drive in Kansas City, Missouri 64153. The building is known as the National Grain Center (NGC) and houses multiple laboratories operating under the Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS), Federal Grain Inspection Service (FGIS). Several laboratories at the NGC require a steady supply of liquid nitrogen and liquid argon gases to run their scientific equipment / instrumentation. See RFQ for complete solicitation details. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS), Federal Grain Inspection Service (FGIS) has an upcoming requirement for a BPA for supplies of nitrogen and argon gases at the facility in Kansas City, MO. The BPA will include tanks and supplies of gases with five ordering periods. Period of performance is anticipated to begin in May of 2024. This will be a total small business set aside under NAICS 325120. The solicitation and all other documents related to this procurement will be available on sam.gov on or about February 8, 2024.
