United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), National Veterinary Services Laboratories (NVSL), has an upcoming requirement for a multiple-award firm fixed-price, Blanket Purchase Agreement commercial supply contract to obtain Theileria equi and Babesia caballi test kits. This BPA will be for 5 (ordering periods) years. Estimated quantity of supply is 400 test kits per year. This will be a Small Business set-aside solicitation under NAICS 325413 (size standard 1,250).
