The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ), National Identification Services (NIS), has an upcoming requirement for a single award fixed-price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) services contract to obtain Sanger sequencing services for PCR products generated in the Insect Molecular Diagnostics and Mycology laboratories of National Identification Services (USDA-APHIS-PPQ-NIS). This contract will be for 5 (base year + 4 ordering periods) years. Estimated quantity of services is 2,000 samples per year. Courier services to pick up PCR products from the: Beltsville Agricultural Research Center Buildings 010A and 004 (either location can suffice for a dropbox location) Beltsville, MD 20705 This will be an Open Market solicitation under NAICS 541714 (size standard 1,000).
