The period of performance is for a base year and 4 options years. Questions are due no later than 8:00am 12/10/2023 to Contracting Specialist Kathy Melby at Kathleen.Melby@usda.gov. Interested parties, please complete and return all 35 pages of Attachment_1sf1449 to the Contracting Specialist via email by 3:30pm(CST). **Please use solicitation number in subject line when responding** If an interested party's quote package has not completed all of the items listed on the first 2 pages of Attachment_1sf1449, the quote may be considered incomplete for evaluation purposes and no further consideration will be given, thereby making quote ineligible for award. 12/11 Solicitation Amendment 1 The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Extend the required response date to 12/14/23 at 4:00pm CT. 2. Replace "Notice to Quoters" Section. (see attachment 2 SF 30, changes marked in red) 3. Replace the "Price Schedule" with the attached revised version (deletions striked-through) 4. Add the following provisions: 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.204-24 5. Revise Block 10 of the SF 1449 to read 100% set aside for Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Businesses (EDWOSB) Interested parties for the above subject soliciation must review all changes/additions; complete Provision 52.204-24 and 52.212-3 ; fill in Block 8 of the attached SF 30; complete block 15A, B, & C of the attached SF 30; and return by notice due date.
