This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12639523Q0261 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04. The PSC is 2879. The Government will award a firm-fixed-price contract or a FAR 13.303 BPA order resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation. Requirement Description: CLIN 0001, Unit of Measure: EA, Qty: 125 Units of Transtect 70% (WSP) Spray Transtect is used by the Spotted Lanternfly (SLF) program for control of SLF in areas where other treatment options are option. : Specifications: Transtect is water soluble systemic insecticide containing 70% active ingredient (Dinotefuran) that allows PPQ to treat for SLF in areas where other treatment options are not an option. Requirements: Delivery shall be made on 08/31/2023. Items shall be shipped FOB destination to the address listed below. Location: The contractor shall deliver line item 0001 FOB Destination to the following address: U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection Quarantine (PPQ) 2880 Pottsville-Minersville Hwy, Unit 100, Minersville, PA 17954 Interested vendors must submit: 1) Quoter name, contact information, SAM Unique Entity ID number and verification of SAM.gov registration 2) Unit Pricing 3) Product Country of Origin (see also Buy American Certificate, 52.212-3(f)) 4) Proof of technical acceptability by providing: a) A complete product description (to include manufacturers data sheet containing the specifications of the product) that shows the proposed product to be supplied meets the technical requirements of the contract.
