A firm fixed price commercial services purchase order is anticipated for these supplies. The anticipated delivery date for the boxes is February 28, 2024. The NAICS code for this requirement is 322211 with a size standard of 1,250 Employees. The solicitation, 12639523Q0258, will be released on or about August 11, 2023. The solicitation will contain the information on the supplies provided, this notice is only the pre-solicitation notice. After release, one may obtain a copy of the solicitation associated with this pre-solicitation notice. NOTIFICATIONS WILL NOT BE SENT TO CONTRACTORS REGARDING THE ISSUANCE OF THE SOLICITATION NOR ANY OF ITS AMENDMENTS. IT IS THE CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THIS WEB SITE PERIODICALLY FOR AMENDMENTS. Quotes shall be submitted to the contracting activity by the date and time indicated in the request for quote. A sample of the proposed box will be required to be delivered to USDA NOT LATER THAN September 8, 2023. The sample must meet the attached specifications. No deviations from the specification will be considered. Details for the submission of boxes will be provided when the solicitation is released.
