The USDA, Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS), Cotton and Tobacco Program (C&T) requires a contract for the acquisition of 15 Cotton Testing Instruments (CTI). CTI is interchangeable with High Volume Instrument (HVI). The contract shall include a full commercial warranty and provide for all service maintenance in accordance with manufacture recommendations. This is the Pre-Solicitation notice and not the full Request for Quote (RFQ). USDA AMS anticipates that the full RFQ solicitation will be posted to SAM.gov on or before COB January 27, 2023. Please hold all questions regarding the solicitation until the full RFQ package has been posted.
