This process includes developing standards for independent third-party appraisals. These standards include who can be considered qualified to conduct such appraisals. Pricing shall include all costs necessary to accomplish the services in the statement of work (including but not limited to: overhead, general and administrative, profit, insurance, transportation, labor hours, equipment and supplies). Period of Performance: Date of Award to 05/31/2023 Submit questions to carol.dingess@usda.gov.
