The USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) Plant Protection and Quarantine Services (PPQ) in Idaho intends to secure services including all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals necessary for supplying 16,344 gallons of the chemical Telone II® (1,3-Dichloropropene 97.5 %, inert ingredients 2.5 %) to an application contractor performing fumigation treatments in Bingham County, Idaho, United States. The type and amount of equipment and personnel needed to accomplish the contract work is the responsibility of the Contractor. The work shall be done in strict compliance with the specifications provided by the Contracting Officer Representative and the terms, specifications, conditions, and provisions of this solicitation and Statement of work. USDA APHIS will solicit for an application contractor separately. This solicitation is for the transport, storage, and delivery of the chemical Telone II® (1, 3-Dichloropropene 97.5 %, inert ingredients 2.5 %). Refer to attached Solicitation
