NOTES TO QUOTERS: 1. In order for a quote to have a complete quotation package, the following checklist items must be submitted to the Contract Specialist to be considered for award: a.) A signed copy of the SF 1449 Form (included with solicitation posting) and firm fixed price pertaining to each item listed and described in the scope of work. b.) A completed copy of Attachment 1 – Solicitation 12639522Q0232 Vendor Quotation Form. c.) A currently active Federal Contractors Registration within the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.204-7. An offeror shall include a printed copy of the first page of the SAM listing, or a DUNS with UEI number registration must show current in SAM at time of quote and award. The online Certification and Representations for business size determination must qualify as a small business in accordance with NAICS code 441210 – Recreational Vehicle Dealers, with a Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard of $35 million. The applicable Product Service Code (PSC) is 2330. Please note that registering in the SAM database is free of charge. Free SAM registration assistance can be obtained by calling the help desk toll free at 866-606-8220. Free assistance can also be found at your local PTAC office, http://www.aptacus.org/new/Govt_Contracting/find.php. 2. This solicitation is for one (1) Camper Travel Trailer. 3. Any questions pertaining to this solicitation shall be directed to Matthew Phillips at Matthew.Phillips3@usda.gov no later than 24 hours prior to date solicitation closes, Wednesday, August 31, 2022, 5:00pm CST. Quotes shall be emailed to Matthew.Phillips3@usda.gov no later than August 31, 2022 at 5:00pm CST. No late submissions are accepted. 4. USDA is an agency of the federal government and is tax exempt. Federal tax ID number 41-0696271. 5. The following factors shall be used to evaluate quotes in accordance with FAR Part 13 procedures: (i) Technical capability: At a minimum, the quote must meet the detailed specifications as outlined in Section 5, and within Attachment 1 – Solicitation 12639522Q0232 Vendor Quotation Form. (ii) Deliverable –Vendor’s quote shall specify complete delivery of the trailer, including all owner’s manuals and warranty information no later than September 30, 2022. (iii) Price.
