In accordance with FAR 13.103-6 not all quotes received were determined to be fair and reasonable pricing in conjunction with the independent government cost estimate, historical pricing and competitive price quotes. The contractor(s) in line for an award were checked to verify the contractors Woman Owned Small Business certificate status in accordance with FAR 19.15. None of the contractors in line for an award had active certifications. As a result, the Woman Owned Small Business set aside is dissolved and the requirement is now set aside for Small Business.
