APHIS seeks an organization to design, develop, and deliver training supporting AITP’s ‘Pillars of International Excellence:’ understanding culture, working in complexity, diplomacy and protocol, oral and written communication, and negotiation. The Agency will use this training to improve critical soft skills of APHIS scientists, regulatory officials, and analysts in high-visibility positions representing the Agency internationally. This solicitation for the AITP (APHIS International Training Program) is second of three we plan to use for the entire training program. Each source will deliver a specific segment of the training program depending on its area of specialization.
