APHIS seeks an organization to design, develop, and deliver training supporting AITP’s ‘Pillars of International Excellence:’ understanding culture, working in complexity, diplomacy and protocol, oral and written communication, and negotiation. The Agency will use this training to improve critical soft skills of APHIS scientists, regulatory officials, and analysts in high-visibility positions representing the Agency internationally.
