These surveys require APHIS employees to work at agricultural field locations in southeast Idaho for prolonged periods of time, far from conventional comfort stations. APHIS attaches portable toilets to trailers and hauls them to field locations to provide appropriate facilities for employee needs. APHIS also provides employees with portable toilets at two fixed locations in Bingham County. This solicitation if for a Base plus 2 year option year contract for Field Toilets rental and service per attached statement of work.
