Solicitation to establish one fixed price, Indefinite-Delivery-Indefinite-Quantity contract to acquire National Uniform Ear tagging System (NUES) eartags and official vaccination ear tags for The USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Veterinary Services (VS). Contractors are advised to carefully review their submission requirements specified in this section and the provision 52.212?2, Evaluation – Commercial Items. The Government may evaluate solely on the information provided in the submission and will not assume that any contractor possesses capabilities that are not specifically identified in their submission. Failure to comply with the requirements of the solicitation may result in a quote receiving no further consideration for award. It is the Contractors responsibility to ensure completeness of their submission. Quotes are due on 05/13/2022 at 1pm central time. U. S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Animal Plan Health Inspection Service’s (APHIS) Veterinary Services (VS) wishes to establish one fixed price Indefinite-Delivery-Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract acquire National Uniform Ear tagging System (NUES) eartags and official vaccination ear tags. Both of these eartags are metal clip in design and use the NUES number. The vaccination tags, orange in color, are used specifically for brucellosis and vaccination. The solicitation will be posted at a latter time.
