The USDA-APHIS-VS-Cattle Fever Tick Eradication Program (CFTEP) intends to award firm fixed price commercial services contract(s) for janitorial services for the CFTEP facility located in Harlingen, Texas. Firm Fixed priced Contract to provide Janitorial Services in accordance with the Statement of Work. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, personnel, labor, tools and equipment necessary and shall plan, schedule and coordinate the effective performance of all janitorial services for the USDA APHIS, VS facility located at: USDA APHIS VS 4909 East Grimes Street Harlingen, TX 78550-1960 The effective date is estimated to be May 22, 2022 and shall be for a base period of one year with four (4) 12-month options to renew. The Contractor shall be notified by written notice within 30 days contract anniversary date, of the USDA’s intent to renew the contract. If the option periods are exercised by the USDA, the contract will expire five years from date of award. The janitorial services will meet with all standards of cleanliness, which will reflect good housekeeping, as determined by the on-site USDA representative. Interested contractors must submit quote by 05/13/2022 at 12pm central time via email only to Kimyen Tu at kimyen.n.tu@usda.gov.
