US Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animla and Plant Health Ispection Serivce (APHIS), Wildlife Serivces (WS) has an upcoming requirement for fixed wing flight hours for wildlife spotting and surveyi... US Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animla and Plant Health Ispection Serivce (APHIS), Wildlife Serivces (WS) has an upcoming requirement for fixed wing flight hours for wildlife spotting and surveying services. The USDA, APHIS, WS is looking to enter into one or more five (5) year BPA's for these services in order to order flight hours/services on an as needed basis throughout Idaho. BPA holder must be able to fly close to the ground in a fixed wing aircraft with the purpose of identifying wildlife and report back the location to the field team. These flights are in moutianous terrain and pilot must have extensive experience with flying at low altitudes in these terrains. Period of Performance will be award through five (5) years. It is anticipated that the full request for quote (RFQ) shall be posted no later than COB December 1, 2021 as a total small business set aside RFQ under FAR Part 13.
