The property or services needed are available from only one responsible qualified source at this time and no other type of property or services will satisfy these needs. The TALON OSP-8000R (video periscope) and StingerZOOM 33X PTZ IP Camera are for the Emergency and Regulatory Compliance Services (ERCS) servicing remote locations in the field. The current analog system installed in the Surveillance Platform is out of date and must be updated to match the now digital platform. Surveillance Technology Solutions LLC is the only vendor for the TALON OSP-8000R (video periscope) and StingerZOOM 33X PTZ IP Camera. This company (Surveillance Technology Solutions LLC) are currently the only manufacturer that makes this TALON OSP-8000R (video periscope) and StingerZOOM 33X PTZ IP Camera. Other manufacture searches found all had different specifications that did not reach or surpass the specifications necessary. The TALON OSP-8000R (video periscope) and StingerZOOM 33X PTZ IP Camera utilized by Surveillance Technology Solutions is proprietary so there is no ability to do a system and cost comparison. Small business concerns are encouraged to participate. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. The Government will not award a contract based on the information received, nor reimburse participants for information they provide. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 813312 with a small business size standard of less than $17.0 million dollars.
