The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), intends to issue a construction RFP to demo VCT flooring, prep concrete floors for polishing and replace epoxy flooring at the Phoenix Rearing Facility, Phoenix, Arizona. Work includes a total of approximately 22,000 square feet. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The NAICS code is 238330 Flooring Contractors. The small business size standard is $16.5 million. This procurement shall be set aside for small business firms only. The solicitation and all other documents related to this procurement will be available on the beta.sam.gov site on or after June 1, 2021.
