Major work includes but isn’t limited to replacing approximately 413 linear feet of 8" gravity sewer pipe with new PVC gravity sewer pipe, installing approximately 134 linear feet of 6" PVC gravity sewer pipe, and repairing 23 manholes. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1M. The NAICS code is 237110 Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction. The small business size standard is $39.5 million. This procurement shall be set aside for small business firms only.
