The government intends to establish one fixed price contract to acquire professional services for conducting 4-5 sessions of aerial harvesting and meat processing of Nilgai in order to eradicate cattle fever ticks as defined hearafter in coordination with Texas Animal Health Commission (TAHC) on specified properties managed by the Laguna Atascosa National Wildlife Refuge (LANWR) and the Boca Chica National Wildlife Refuge (BCNWR).
