No phone calls, please. The purpose of this modification to this solicitation is to include past performance details and bio-based clause (FAR 52.223-2). The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Wildlife Services (WS), shall award a firm fixed price commercial services contract for janitorial services at their National Wildlife Research Center (NWRC) facility in Fort Collins, Colorado. The Contractor shall furnish all management, supervision, qualified custodial employees to provide janitorial services in accordance with the requirements specified herein.
