The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Animal Plant Health Inspection Services, Plant Protection and Quarantine, European Cherry Fruit Fly (ECFF) program needs Firm Fixed Price weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly janitorial services for their facility in Lockport, NY. This solicitation will result in a contract for one base year and 4 option years. Pricing shall include all costs necessary to accomplish the services in the statement of work (including but not limited to: overhead, general and administrative, profit, insurance, transportation, labor hours, equipment and supplies). This will be a total small business set-aside under (NAICS) Code is 561720 Janitorial Services (Size Standard $19.5M).
