Scope of Work The scope of this contract involves providing car washes for a fleet of Government passenger automobiles and trucks. 2. System for Award Management Registration a. This agreement supports an urgent and compelling need. The contractor shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov prior to submission of an invoice. Payment will not be made until the contractor is fully registered in SAM. Quoters are advised that the initial registration in SAM may take several weeks. See clause 52.212?4(t), System for Award Management (SAM). 3. Period of Performance The period of performance of this agreement is one base year and four option years from the date of award. 4. Place of Performance Services shall be performed entirely at the contractor’s facility. The contractor’s facility shall be located within Riverside, CA 5. Specific Requirements/Tasks 5.1 Each wash shall include cleaning and disinfecting the full exterior of the vehicle using soap and water. Each wash shall include cleaning the undercarriage and tires. No wax/water repel treatments are required. Drying is not required. 5.2 Services shall be performed by machine exclusively (not by hand). 5.3 Services shall be made available to the Government seven days per week from 9 a.m. until at least 7 p.m. 5.4 The contractor shall offer one of the following methods for identifying/tracking usage: a) Sign in log for vehicle operators and PIN access with paper receipts
