United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) has an upcoming requirement for pesticides for the Spotted Lanternfly (SLF) Program for the control of Spotted Lanternfly in affected states. The USDA is seeking the ability to purchase approved herbicides and insecticides for application in the following states: New Jersey (NJ), Delaware (DE), Pennsylvania (PA), Virginia (VA), Maryland (MD), and West Virginia (WV). It is anticipated that SLF pesticide purchases may be necessary in other states as well. The Period of performance is expected to begin July 2020. The complete solicitation with all details is expected to be posted on or before July 2, 2020 as a total SB set-aside RFQ under FAR Part 13.
