This solicitation and award will be a 100% set aside for Certified 8(a) Small Business concerns in accordance with FAR 19.203(d)(2) USDA/APHIS/PPQ/PIS and Contracting Personnel will only accept quotes from Certified 8(a) Small Business concerns. Offers received from concerns that are not Certified 8(a) Small Business concerns will not be considered. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be made to a Certified 8(a) Small Business concern. SITE VISITS In accordance with Agriculture Acquisition Regulation 452.237-73 Equipment Inspection Visit (Feb 1988) Quoters are urged and expected to inspect the equipment on which maintenance or repairs are to be performed to satisfy themselves regarding all conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the equipment constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. Site visits are at the discretion of the facility and are by appointment only. Proper government issued identification is required.
