The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine Services (PPQ) Pale Cyst Nematod (PCN) program is seeking to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for chemical applicator services for applying Telone II over designated areas in Bingham and Bonneville Counties, Idaho, United States. The anticipated effective date of the BPA shall be on or about June 15, 2020. The BPA will be for a three year period and will include three ordering periods each year from July - October 15 as this is the time frame when the chemical application services shall be completed. The estimated quantity of acres to be treated each year is between 350 - 450. The solicitation will be issued as a small business set aside.
