USDA APHIS VS intends to award one IDIQ Per FAR 13 to a CLIA Certified Laboratory to provide blood and urine sample collection as well as perform various diagnostic and analysis on the samples that are integral to the NCAH & NLAE Medical Screening and Surveillance Program.
