The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Wildlife Services (WS), Pocatello Supply Depot (PSD) is seeking to establish a multiple year contract for a contractor to perform custom laboratory testing services the enumeration of recombinant raccoon poxvirus (RCN) in viral serials and sylvatic plague vaccine baits (SPVB) using Vero cell-based bioassay. The PSD needs an independent laboratory to test the titer levels of RCN vaccine serials received from Colorado Serum and SPVB lots produced by the Pocatello Supply Depot. The contractor shall conduct laboratory testing data analysis, final report writing, and quality assurance reviews for all the bait matrix and baits and RCN serial samples provided to the contractor. A firm fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity commercial services contract is anticipated. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541380 with a size standard of $16.5 million dollars.
