Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written request for quotation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation will result in one fixed-priced purchase order. The reference number is __12639520Q0076__ and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation document are those in effect at the time of publication. Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference have the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The full text of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Agriculture Federal Acquisition Regulations supplement (AGARs) can be accessed on the Internet at http://www.acquisition.gov/far and http://www.usda.gov/procurement/policy/agar.html. It is anticipated that one contract will be awarded. This is a small business set-aside procurement. The associated NAICS code for this effort is __336112__ and small business size standard is _1500 employees_. This requirement consists of _1 __ contract line items for four (each) HONDA Pioneer 1000 MP3 Utility Vehicles (red color), and listed accessories. This is a brand name or equal requirement. The Note to Offeror with the attached Specifications is provided in Addendum I of this combined synopsis/solicitation. The offerors shall return the requested items in the Note to Offerors with their quotations. Delivery and acceptance of deliverables will be FOB destination. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors – Commercial (Tailored), applies to this solicitation. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The full provision is listed in Attachment 1. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. FAR clauses and provisions and AGAR clauses and provisions identified in the solicitation Attachment are considered applicable to this acquisition. Quotations are due to the Contracting Officer via EMAIL no later than 3:00 pm Central Time on Monday, _February 10, 2020_. The assigned Contracting Officer is Tom Wesley.
