The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) Plant Protection, and Quarantine (PPQ) Program has a requirement for quarterly HVAC system preventive maintenance services and emergency services at a laboratory on Otis Air National Guard Base, MA. The Pest Survey Detection and Exclusion Lab encompasses approximately 43,000 square feet and consists of administrative offices, laboratories and maintenance shops. We contemplate the award of a combined firm-fixed price and time & materials contract with a base period and four option years. The applicable NAICS code assigned to this procurement is 238220, with a small business size standard of $16.5 million. This procurement will be set aside for small businesses only.
