The solicitation and evaluation procedures will be prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13 using the format found at FAR Subpart 12.3 and supplemented with additional information included the solicitation. This requirement will be issued as a Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.219-6.
