All cost to include but not limit to: overhead, general and administrative, profit, insurance, and transportation. The Period of Performance is for twelve months and two possible twelve month option periods. The Agency has approved the purchase of 80,000 gallons of Aviation Fuel 100 Low Lead over a three year period. Delivery will be by Tank Wagon (TW), 3200 gallons quantities at 5 – 6 week intervals. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 324110 Petroleum Refineries). This solicitation and award will be a 100% Small Business set aside In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.219-6 and AGAR )452.219-70 Size Standard of 1,000 Employees Location of Services Moore Air Base 22675 N. There will be no reimbursement for transportation or communication costs for this location. The Government may elect to award a single delivery order contract or task order contract or to award multiple delivery order contracts or task order contracts for the same or similar supplies or services to two or more sources under this solicitation. FAIR OPPORTUNITY In Accordance with FAR 16.505 Ordering. (b) (1) (i) & (ii) (b) Orders under multiple-award contracts— (1) Fair opportunity.
