The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), National Veterinary Stockpile (NVS) is the nation's repository of critical veterinary supplies, equipment, and service resources. The NVS seeks a contract to purchase Blood Boxes, Inner Partitions and Outer Shipping Containers to collect blood samples to send to the lab for cattle/swine disease. The inserts hold the tubes of blood in position to prevent spillage/leakage of blood. The outer box is the master container that is used to secure the blood box w/lid and inserts w/blood collection while being transported to the laboratory. The Contractor shall provide Blood Box, Inner Partition and Outer Shipper Container to the US Department of Agriculture’s Animal Plan Health Inspection Service’s (APHIS), National Veterinary Stockpile (NVS) in Kansas City, MO. The intent is to award a firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for a period of five years. This procurement is a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 322219 with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees.
