The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Mexican Fruit Fly Rearing Facility in Edinburg, Texas, intends to use commercial and simplified acquisition procedures to secure a single award 5 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract to supply approximately 825 bags (50lb/bag) of bio assayed toasted soy flour, to be delivered every 110 days to the Edinburg, Texas area in support of the agencies Mexican fruit fly rearing facility . The activity will seek toasted soy flour with not less than 50% protein content, among other specifications. This procurement will be a small business set-aside per NAICS: 311211 Flour Milling.
