For Blackboard Learn SaaS Plus including Blackboard Collaborate, USDA will not exceed the limit of 500 unique users per month (for each product, individually) during the first contract year, 1,000 unique users per month for Year one through Year Four. Unique users are measured based on the number of unique logins that occur on that product during a rolling thirty (30) day period throughout the option years. USDA will not exceed 2TB storage during the out years for Blackboard Learn and Collaborate, collectively.
