Amendment #1, Full Solicitation added 08/06/2019 The USDA Forest Service, Chippewa National Forest, located in Cass Lake Minnesota anticipates issuing a Request for Proposals for the following: Roughly 10,000 Lineal Feet of Asphalt pavement crack sealing and filling - This work consists of cleaning, sealing, and filling cracks in asphalt pavement surfaces. In addition, Roughly 12,293 Square Feet of Patching- This work consists of repairing distressed areas of asphalt pavement removing and patching the pavement and underlying material as required. The intent of the contract is to provide for the crack sealing, filling, and repairs of the work described. The precise details of performing the work are not stipulated except as considered essential for the successful completion of the work. The Contractor shall provide any and all equipment, labor, materials, tools, supervision, equipment including safety and other incidentals necessary to perform all work activities located in the designated areas of the Chippewa National Forest. Price range is between $60,000 and $80,000. This is a synopsis, the full solicitation documents including specifications will be issued on or about August 7, 2019. Deadline for proposals will be September 12 2019. NAICS: 238990, the size standard is $15.0 Million. This project is being solicited as a 100% set aside for Small Business. All work is to comply with local, Federal and State codes and is subject to Department of Labor wage rates. Solicitation Number 12639219R0011.
