USDA anticipates roughly 2,200 bales will need to be hauled throughout the season which goes from August of 2023 to July of 2024. USDA anticipates posting the full solicitiation RFQ package by close of business August 10th. please hold all questions until after the full RFQ solicitation has been posted.
